As your therapist, I’m here to support you on your path to well-being with warmth and authenticity. My therapeutic approach is designed to help you cultivate balance and resilience in your life. In our sessions, you’ll find a nurturing environment where we can collaboratively set achievable goals and explore tailored strategies that resonate with you. Culture should never be a side note in therapy. Culture provides collective attachment: ritual, rhythm, and belonging beyond the individual.

We take a dive into who you are as an individual and the impacts of your environment, relationships, and legacy gifts and inheritance. These gifts and inheritance might be migration histories, family roles and dynamics, intersectional identities, or being taught to be agreeable, to not rock the boat, or maybe that’s just how things are. Your voice is important and can get lost if you are a parent or in grief in addition to everything else. As we work side-by-side, we’ll identify and explore your strengths, develop coping skills to support you within your environment(s) and/or process the traumatic event(s) you’ve experienced so you can really start living.
