Healing with Me

Central to my approach is the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are intricately connected. I lead with curiosity and attunement to support problem solving, reflection, and growth without the shackles of shame.
Children don’t always have the words to explain what they are feeling, neither do teens or adults. Play, creativity, and expressive arts is one way to share feelings, work through challenges, and discover new ways of coping. Whether working with littles, teens, or adults, felt safety is at the heart of treatment, allowing the natural rhythms of the nervous system to return, even in silence. You’ll learn tools to work with your emotions, build capacity, create relational change, and move towards post-traumatic resiliency.

Growing Together

A note from Jodi:
Therapy centers on strengthening bonds, honoring each child’s story, and helping families move forward with greater confidence and ease.
I believe healing happens in relationship: through moments of safety, curiosity, and genuine connection. In understanding that our early experiences and relationships shape how we move through the world, especially when things feel overwhelming or uncertain, I focus on repair, attunement, and a steady, supportive presence. This supports both children and caregivers to make sense of what’s showing up beneath the surface of big behaviors.
I care deeply about creating a space where both children and parents feel welcomed, understood, and supported. Together, we move at a pace that feels right, honoring each family’s unique story while gently building trust, regulation, and connection.
My hope is that therapy feels less like “fixing” and more like discovering new ways to feel safe, connected, and at ease with one another. As attunement grows through support, trust can gently take root.
