Healing with Me

As your therapist, I create a container to build safety within the therapeutic relationship. Using a trauma conscious approach, we explore triggers, identify strategies to support your nervous system, navigate identity and belonging within systems that don’t always feel supportive and work together to create the capacity for more. More joy. More space. More you. Therapy offers a place to slow down, explore these experiences with care, and build steadiness from the inside out.

Where Every Voice Is Valued.

A note from Lora:
Survival mode is exhausting. Therapy can provide you with a place to explore your emotions, understand what’s going on, and find strategies to cope with the challenges you’re facing. There’s so much hurt when you’ve had to mask who you are from loved ones; when it feels not safe enough to invite them in.
You’ve endured enough. We can work together to create cues of safety and connection to allow your nervous system to rest. I offer a space for self-exploration. A place where you can be real. A place where you can experience a felt sense of safety and let down your defenses. Your identity, your story, and experiences matter. Pride isn’t just a party, a day, or a month long celebration; it’s a remembrance. A resistance. A reclaiming. And it is deeply human.
We won’t jump into what happened to you, we’ll build skills that support widening your window of capacity to improve your day-to-day. To help you create the life you want with post-traumatic growth. Where you’re accepted and understood. A place to unmask, to be who you were meant to be.
I see you, I value, I support you.
