A place to pause. A place to begin.
Pathways of Treatment
As therapists at Selah, we continue to invest in our knowledge of the latest trauma interventions and updates so that we are skilled providers in treating and working with a variety of folks through their trauma healing journey. For accessibility, we have a Pay What You Can model: a scale set by the therapist based on their training, knowledge, and expertise. Additionally, most therapists at STCC are now able to accept BCBS.
The path towards healing is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s story, nervous system, and season of life ask for a different rhythm of support. Our Pathways of Treatment Care are designed to honor your individuality & autonomy by offering space to move at your own pace, deepen connection with yourself and others, and receive the level of care that best supports your healing journey.
Traditional Therapy
Long-term therapy for deeper trauma & relational work at a pace that honors integration in the nervous system and brain.
* Cost per session is dependent upon therapist (based on training & experience) as discussed during consult.
* Sustainable change, long-term commitment.
* Traditional integrative model, supporting your treatment goals.
Best for first time trauma work. Learn about all your options during your consult.
Guided self-paced learning
Guided self inquiry is working with what’s present. It’s ideal if you’re wanting to work independently and motivated without weekly appointments.
* No long term commitment.
* Low financial cost.
* Requires more self-dedication & time.
* Workbook and check-in prompts are scheduled to keep you accountable. You'll collaborate & decide on the pacing during your intake.
Additional sessions can be scheduled at the therapist’s hourly rate. This is not meant as a replacement for long term therapy but as an adjunct to work already done.
Intensives
Short-term, intensive therapy. Focused on movement and integration for a specific issue. During your intake, we'll work together to map out obtainable goals for short term work.
* Higher financial commitment but short term, up to 3 months.
* Option 1: 1/2 to full day appointment to address a specific issue.
* Option 2: Requires self-practice + 90 minute weekly appointments.
* Ideal if you’ve completed prior therapeutic work and are familiar with trauma therapy.
Modalities may include parts work, EMDR, Brainspotting, expressive arts &/or somatic work.

This could vary based on individual needs and changes in schedule would affect the total for the time frame provided. Rates do not change unless previously discussed or notified.
Resilient Families
A space for families to find their rhythm, learn ways for repair, and grow together; building resiliency through connection. We’re offering free for Post Adoption families: Parent Community Building through trauma focused groups and individual and marriage/family therapy.
